This position will perform as a key account manager for the vendor with duties that include contract management, prioritization of project work items and performing user acceptance testing with each release. They will serve as a point of contact between business stakeholders and vendor to mentor and train stakeholders on vendor’s capabilities and enhancements.

 

What you'll do:

• Perform as a key account manager for the vendor with duties that include contract management, prioritization of project work items and performing user acceptance testing with each release.

• Serve as a point of contact between business stakeholders and vendor to mentor and train stakeholders on vendor’s capabilities and enhancements.

• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling recurring reports, maintaining internal and external user access and monitoring adoption of tool.

• Proactively collaborate with business partners to build innovative self-service capabilities.

• Work with IS partners to ensure data provided to the vendor meets timeline standards and address any data quality issues.

 

 

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Public Health, Business, related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to analyze, develop, and document business requirements and translates those requirements into data processes to solve business issues or needs. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to both document and explain processes accurately to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Must be self-motivated, attention to detail-oriented, proactive and able to work well under pressure
     

The strongest candidates for this position will also possess:

Experience with Healthcare reporting and analytics preferred
Experience working with software vendor preferred
Project management experience is a plus

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement.
The ability to meet or exceed the attendance and timeliness requirements of their departments.
The ability to work well in a team environment, and be capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with other staff, departments, and customers.
