Marketing Specialist - Senior Market
This position is responsible for helping to coordinate and implement the marketing strategy to increase profitable growth & retention of the Individual and Group Senior Market segments for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska. This individual will assist in influencing the organization to deploy the marketing plan for all senior market products and track/report out on its progress and success. This role is responsible for implementing an integrated marketing plan, helping to identify pockets of opportunity within the market, and supporting efforts to increase membership, retention and engagement with our brand & products. You will help to coordinate cross functional teams in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
