Account Executive (Mid Market accounts)
This position is responsible for the retention and cross selling of products in the mid market (151-500) employer group size. This position manages the relationship with assigned customers, brokers and/or consultants with demonstrated leadership. This position will develop and review strategies an execute specific recommendations based on upon industry knowledge and BCBSNE objectives.
Subrogation Specialist
A Subrogation Specialist is responsible for recovering monies for services paid for which another source is responsible. Additional responsibilities include updating and maintain cases, providing service to groups, members, attorneys, third parties and providers.
Enterprise Product Owner II (Enrollment)
The Enterprise Product Owner II uses operational experience and strategic planning expertise to guide initiatives to maximize the business value delivered by the team. The Enterprise Product Owner possesses an in-depth knowledge of the vision, goals and desired objectives of the initiatives and acts as the first authority for decisions regarding business value and functionality for all the work done by the team.
Third Party Vendor Security Analyst
The Third Party Security Risk Analyst position will be responsible for understanding and executing third party security assessments as part of BCBSNE's Vendor Risk Management and security compliance programs. This role will be responsible for evaluating security risk posed by third party relationships. Security language in third party contracts will be suggested, maintained and negotiated with third parties. Assessments are conducted by distributing security risk questionnaires and reviewing responses, reviewing third party audit reports, phone/video conference “desk reviews”, and on-site assessment visits at the third party facilities.

This position supports the team by providing strategic direction to optimize business processes around provider data. The Individual would be accountable to provide guidance and to communicate the technical and business changes with internal and external customers. Claims Processor
Claims Processors analyze claims for accuracy and completeness to determine benefits while meeting set quality and production standards. Individuals in this position will work independently for the majority of the day, and do not interact often on the phone with ours members.
Medical Policy and Coding Analyst
This position is responsible for assisting in the maintenance of medical policy related to coding changes and analysis, providing ongoing technical support and configuration in the claims system. In addition to maintenance of Medical Policy, this position will assist the team lead with Medical Policy research and development. This position is responsible for assisting the team lead with day to day responsibilities for special projects related to medical claims processing, including special project assignments. Additional responsibilities include identifying and implementing coding edits in the HealthRules claims processing system, in collaboration with the internal HealthRules configuration teams and sharing of best practices for claims processing.
