Human Resources Generalist
Responsible for implementing, administering and analyzing the effectiveness of the company’s compensation and benefits plans and programs. Handle the immigration/sponsorship program from beginning to end working collaboratively with internal and external resources. Acts as a liaison between intra-departmental and inter-departmental to resolve inquiries and refer employees to content specialists.
Instructional Design Specialist
Develops and updates learning programs in support of OE Team and BCBS human capital initiatives. Creates learning solutions to support various business initiatives based on need, budget, and technology solutions. Evaluates curriculum design and offers continuous improvement and feedback, communicates results, and recommends innovative strategies and new approaches. Works collaboratively at organization and division levels to mentor BCBS instructional designers and trainers to effectively apply adult learning theory to all curriculum development. Provides support and administration for learning management system (LMS).

Provides a range of consultation services to leaders on the development and implementation of key strategies and human capital initiatives for creating and sustaining a high performing organization. Works collaboratively at organization and division levels to ensure effective change management, cultural development, and performance management processes that address corporate goals and strategies. Creates and implements development programs for all levels of leaders and employees that support the organization’s succession planning objectives and foster a highly effective and engaged culture.
Provider Relationship Manager
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with key providers in an assigned region. Also, responsible for facilitating, supporting, and coordinating strategic initiatives with key providers in support of improved quality and efficiency of care. Influence key healthcare organizations to participate in collaborative initiatives that are mutually beneficial. Serve as a resource to, and partner closely with internal departments that support the work of key external providers.
Director, Sales Effectiveness
The Director of Sales Effectiveness is a key contributor responsible for setting and executing the strategic vision of the sales methodology and process for the enterprise. Aligns directly with Sales Leadership, Organizational Effectiveness, and Executive Leadership to drive sales process optimization, sales learning and development, and change management to achieve overall effectiveness of the sales organization. The Director will drive key initiatives to ensure members of the sales force are achieving sales goals for all lines of business by providing knowledge, coaching, and tools to elevate sales results. Payroll Specialist
Responsible for payroll activities for the organization including all aspects of payroll processing, vendor payments, and general ledger entries. Maintains and prepares all payroll related documentation related to deductions, audits and regulatory requirements. Responsible for administering leave policies and assisting employees with questions related to various leave policies (FMLA, Military, STD, etc.) Responsible for testing updates to the online payroll system for accuracy, and communicating any changes to the HR department.
Clinical Support Specialist
This position accepts all incoming rationale and Preauth forms for medical and pharmacy reviews through Process Director. Accepts all incoming requests to Health Care Delivery and Wellness area through the fax lines, us mail, inter departmental and is required to meet URAC timelines and quality measures to achieve customer satisfaction. This position is the starting layer of intake throughout the medical area entering information into the medical management documentation system. High quality and production are required. This position may also be assigned other miscellaneous projects that may include but are not limited to power 4, team collaboration, cross training.
