This position requires expert knowledge of Envision, Calibrio, CUIS (Cisco Unified Intelligence Suite), Customer Relationship Management (Customer Survey) and VRU. The Customer Service Reporting Analyst I position is responsible for report documentation, report creation and identifying key trends and opportunities with recommendations to support solutions and improved performance.


What you'll do:

  • Analysis/Presentation (Identifying the appropriate sources, methods, and locations of data, determining best approach for report development, presenting findings to appropriate manager and/or department. 
  • Development/Verification (Identifying and verifying accuracy of required source data, report development, verification of results, etc.).
  • Documentation (Documenting structure and approach of reports, identifying and extracting business rules from existing reports, etc.).
  • Special Projects (Process improvements, migration off legacy systems, development of new techniques and capabilities, SME for projects, etc.).
  • Administrative (Time tracking, status reporting, team meetings, etc.).


To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Advanced skills in mathematics and statistical analysis required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills needed
  • Highly effective presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills required
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted to meet this requirement.
  • The ability to meet or exceed the attendance and timeliness requirements of their departments.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment, and be capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with other staff, departments, and customers.


The strongest candidates for this position will also possess:

  • Project Management experience
  • Root-Cause analysts experience
