Job Description Summary:

We’re seeking a smart, energetic Digital Content Manager who is passionate about marketing, technology, and the customer experience. The Digital Content Manager supports both B2B and B2C marketing initiatives for acquisition and engagement by maintaining content on NebraskaBlue.com.

This role will support the marketing leads as well as other stakeholders in the organization by owning the website and email content. He or she is responsible for digital marketing activities to optimize the online user experience and increase marketing effectiveness.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of ever-evolving marketing channels and excellent communication skills. He or she will need to be able to think creatively and innovatively and be able to adapt to changing marketing technology and methodologies.

Job Description:

This role supports marketing campaigns for acquisition and member engagement by maintaining the Nebraskablue.com website and email content. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, problem-solving skills, and an understanding of basic SEO and digital marketing best practices.

What you’ll need:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing and 2+ years of related digital marketing experience.
    • Knowledge of email and social marketing concepts, practices, and metrics
    • Fundamental HTML, CSS and web-optimized Photoshop skills
    • Proficiency in excel
    • Willingness to learn to develop and build search engine optimized webpages
    • Ability to mix creativity and analytics to problem solve and identify solutions

What you'll do:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to make updates to Nebraskablue.com
    • Create emails for group leaders, brokers, providers and members
    • Support the digital marketing team by building content for omni-channel campaigns including email, social, PPC, SEO, and display
    • Proactively look for ways to implement and optimize on-site search to improve the customer experience
    • Support campaign development efforts to drive results
    • Assist with list management and quality
    • Use data to facilitate recommended changes for marketing efforts
    • Stay up-to-speed on digital marketing best practices
    • Provide expertise and mentorship to other team members
