Job Description

Working with Solver BI360 you will assist in creating each year’s fiscal budget.  You will also setup users and security for Solver BI360 and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP) users.

What you'll do:

Budget Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business areas to finalize annual budgets
  • Analyze expense trends to develop budget targets
  • Maintain reporting hierarchy tree within Solver BI360
  • Provide variance analysis on monthly budget vs actual to business areas
  • Maintain budgets within Solver BI360
  • Conduct user training sessions for Solver BI360
  • Maintain and update policies and procedures
  • Create new reports as needed using Solver BI360

System Administrator Responsibilities:

  • In Microsoft Dynamics GP and Solver BI360 you will add/remove users, maintain user security, add and inactivate GL accounts
  • Complete year end close process in Microsoft Dynamics GP for multiple companies
  • Assist with planning and implementing system upgrades and maintenance

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • The ability to meet or exceed the attendance and timeliness requirements of the department
  • The ability to work well in a team environment, and be capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with management throughout the organization
  • Analytical abilities
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in annual budget process and budget software
  • Financial systems experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting
  • 3 plus years of experience in budgeting

The strongest candidates for this position will also possess:

  • Prior experience writing reports in Solver BI360
