Training & Documentation Specialist
As a Training and Documentation Specialist, you will provide Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska employees with a formal health care and claims auditing education that will enable them to audit claims with a high degree of quality to meet the corporate goal of excellence in customer service. This position will serve as a subject-matter expert for claims processing. Additionally, the individual will also be responsible for assisting with documentation and curriculum updates and enhancements.
