This position is responsible for cross-selling products and retaining Major Accounts (500+) business. Effectively manages relationships with assigned customers, brokers and/or consultants with demonstrated strategic leadership skills. Works together with the Client Consultant to identify trends, review strategy and execute specific recommendations based upon industry knowledge and BCBSNE objectives. Formulates and implements a business plan for each group which incorporates customer specific objectives and aligns with corporate strategies and initiatives. This position will be directly accountable for retention, strategy and growth.
Sales Engineer
This position will be responsible for cultivating, developing and leading relationships with current and prospective BCBSNE clients. The incumbent would utilize relationships to grow new and retain existing business. This position has accountability for leveraging these relationships to create stronger partnerships, increase enterprise visibility and presence, align strategies, deliver excellent service and in some cases, support our efforts to more effectively compete in the marketplace.

Enterprise Testing Business Analyst II
This position is responsible for managing user acceptance testing for releases and new projects within the organization, as well as developing test cases with users, product managers, and other teams. They are also in charge of collaborating with product managers and software development teams to suggest new designs and standards for various applications. Other tasks performed by this position include providing feedback and changes once user acceptance testing has taken place and building relationships with all the teams with which they are working. This role will also assist in analyzing current costs, revenues, financial commitments, fixed assets and other financial information. In this position, you will serve on a highly collaborative team delivering infrastructure technology solutions for BCBSNE. On this Agile team you will be focused on analyzing, engineering, implementing, administering and troubleshooting our infrastructure technology. The scope of this position will also include effectively partnering with existing and prospective vendors. Adjudication of healthcare claims utilizing employer and payer specific policies and procedures. Responsible for reviewing the data in the claims processing system and compare with corresponding CMS and billing guidelines. Responsible for reviewing medical claims attachments when necessary to determine if services rendered was medically appropriate and benefit coverage criteria has been met. Responsible for reviewing adjudication software system’s claim and line item edits for determination of whether to pay claim/line item(s). May forward claims to specialized internal and external resources. Corresponds with other departments as necessary to process claims. Accountable to performance metric scorecards.
Finance Technical Consultant II
This position is responsible for leading and monitoring the billing/paid claims data and related source systems that feed the Finance Operational System (FOS) database. This position will analyze system controls and processes to assure transactions are being processed accurately and timely, as well as review peer members’ work.  This position will provide business requirements and coordinate with IT technical teams on new builds and/or enhancements. In addition, this role will create adhoc operational reports using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and Microsoft SQL Server Report Builder.
